In addition to developing a succession plan for the central administration, Tracy fostered culture change in a division responsible for serving thousands of students. Tracy has employed her expertise in organization development, coaching, and training to inspire healthcare professionals to develop their capacity for empathetic communication and leading an organization wide culture change initiative. While working formally as a probation officer, Tracy integrated principles of transformational, compassionate coaching with at-risk youth facing incarceration. She also used motivational interviewing to initiate change in youth and adults on formal probation.
